NVRQT
ABOUT
Never Quit “NVRQT” was created to support kids in their battle against cancer and inspire researchers working endlessly towards a cure. This is motivation for a little boy battling leukemia. These are five letters that will mean a great deal for that little girl who is about to lose her hair. And this is a powerful message for friends and family, signifying their commitment to stand side-by-side with their loved ones and help them never quit their fight for a cancer-free childhood.
In 2012, World Series Champion Major League Pitcher and cancer survivor, Jon Lester, made the commitment to partner with the Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation (PCRF) to provide inspiration for those who suffer with cancer, and support the researchers who choose to dedicate themselves to finding a cure.

THE INSPIRATION
In 2012, Jon Lester engaged David Clark to design a nationally recognized symbol for his NVRQT pediatric cancer initiative. Clark suggested creating a symbol that would leverage Jon’s status as a World Series Champion Major League Player and cancer survivor with childhood innocence.
To fuse all of these elements together, Clark created the signature white-on-white NVRQT baseball that serves as a symbol of hope, purity and play for those affected by childhood cancer.
